Overall Purpose of the Position/Function

Responsible for the corporate consolidation process, financial reporting US-GAAP statements, and annual reports to ensure compliance with US-GAAP and internal control.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the corporate consolidation process, financial reporting US-GAAP statements, and annual reports. 

• Responsible for generating the financial statement footnote section of the annual report as well as coordinating the review of financial data with the outside audit firm.
• Ensure compliance with US-GAAP and internal control.
• Complete special assignments as required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

US-GAAP statements and corporate annual reports SEC reporting a plus. Knowledge of state and federal regulations which affect financial reporting and record keeping is required.  Should have working knowledge of Sarbanes/Oxley, have excellent communication and organization skills and must be a team player.  Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.  Bachelor's degree in accounting.
